Michael Odachowski, Chief Operating Officer
|

|
Mr. Odachowski joined Maricom
Systems in October 2004, serving as the company’s Chief
Operating Officer. With over 25 years of leadership
experience, Mr. Odachowski directs and manages the
day-to-day operational activities of the organization.
Reporting directly to the President and CEO, Mr. Odachowski
is responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful
implementation of Maricom’s short and long-term corporate
objectives.
With more than 30 years of service in the Federal sector,
Mr. Odachowski began his management career while working for
the Social Security Administration (SSA) and later held a
number of high-level management positions during his tenure
at Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS, formerly
the Health Care Financing Administration). Mr. Odachowski’s
experience as a member of the Senior Executive Service
provided him with extensive knowledge of all aspects of
management and information technology, as well as the CMS
programs, policies, and operations. Upon retiring from
public service, Mr. Odachowski joined ranks in the private
sector as an Account Manager with SRA International.
Mr. Odachowski received a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Business Administration from the University of Maryland, and
a Masters of Science Degree in Information Technology from
Johns Hopkins University.
