With more than 30 years of expertise in information technology management and information systems development, installation and project life cycle experience, Mr. Guckert has a broad background in managing software design and development, software installations, and end-user customer service.

Mr. Guckert joins Maricom after serving as the Vice President of Government Solutions for ViPs Inc, an industry leader in healthcare information and management where he managed a team of more than 500 associates. Over the past 10 years Mr. Guckert played an integral role in the expansion of ViPs offerings to include a broad array of professional services. For example, he expanded the company's role to support the Medicare Modernization Act for the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). This expertise, coupled with more than 18 years of experience in Medicare applications, make Mr. Guckert exceptionally well versed in delivering effective, customer-focused IT programs and processes.
